((UUHHHMMMM DEPENDS ON HOW OBLIVIOUSLY YOU PLAY HIM. Afghanistan was caught up right in the middle of East and West during the cold war, and there was enough fuss over the region that there's a good chance he would at least KNOW Afghanistan (who im going to say is a him). Maybe not in a name-to-face basis, but at least a "oh i know that face/name." For whatever reason the era which America was shipping good into afganistan is seriously slipping my mind I THINK ITS LATE.... so yea your call.))

[ Ohhh yeah I knew he pushed for a lot of the countries in Africa/Asia emerging from colonialism to be all HEY, CAPITALISM. WAY BETTER THAN COMMUNISM. But yeah at this point Afghanistan is probably just on a long list of countries who must JOIN THE SIDE OF GOOD. I don't think he really sold off weapons to them until they were invaded by the Soviet Union in the 70s but IDK FOR SURE.
