[ America steps back. He's wearing a tattered, burgundy bathrobe that looks like it's falling apart at the seams. Even worse, he's horribly made himself a blue wizard hat and painted stars onto it. Then he glued some black, vaguely circular papers onto it to look like mouse ears. It looks terrible. All of this took him days to concoct so hey, A for effort. All of this because YEAHHH CLEANING SUPPLIES ACTING ON THEIR OWN. ]

Look! I'm like Mickey Mouse in Fantasia! I am... the sorcerer's apprentice!

[ He starts marching, waving his arms around, generally acting like a goofball. Then, out of nowhere, sponges and brushes, scrubbing him in the vague direction of the bathroom. ]

H-hey, cut it out! Ack! AHHH MERLIN--!

[ He's hearded into the bathroom where there is a loud splash and more of America's wailing complaining as he's cleaned alongside his snarling hellbeast of a pet.

...It'll take him a bit to respond. ]

Cas it is, then! Most call me America! I go by Alfred too, but Denmark gets pissed and then we fight about names and it's just a mess. But, whatever, "America" is the easiest.

[ Scuffing his boot too. And ducking his nose into the jacket. Do not want a repeat of frostbite. ]

[ Heading back in, wary of any stray cleaning supplies. Pausing in front of his door because what if they're still there.

And then he decides he'll brave it out no matter what, because at least it's not ghosts.

Spacing out for a moment about the scariness of ghosts before remembering himself. ]

Oh, right! Forgot! Thanks for the back-up! Even if it mostly was just getting me cold and muddy. Still, better than continuously being assaulted by sponges and stuff.

I know what ya mean. I get really bad ones sometimes. Used to get 'em a lot as a kid but now... eh, I'm used to it.

...But sometimes I have good ones! Plus everything hurts and my head gets fuzzy when I don't sleep.
