[ America sounds out of breath, which is not something that is easily combined with "absolutely hysterical." Like, you can barely tell if he's screaming or sobbing. Not unusual given that his little werepire boyfriend is now eating half the city! Except the reaction isn't exactly expected. ]

O-okay, okay so, I know there's a lot of things bein' said about Tatsumi and... a-and I know, since there's blood and all, and he's gone missing- it's not all his fault-!

O-or that you could get it from drinking blood but I guess- AND NOW THAT HE'S GOT THE CHIP OUT IT'S ALL IN HIS BRAIN AND HE'S RUNNING AROUND ALL RABID AND HE'S BITING PEOPLE, ISN'T HE? [Japan's seeming surprisingly calm. He's not, but he sure looks it. Talking about emotions with anyone is hard man. But Japan feels like he should comfort America, so maybe he could try to relate...]

I understand. There is someone here who I have connected with quite closely, as well. It is not romantic, I have learned, but it is different. He has always viewed me for the person I am rather than the country, though he can understand that side, as well...

I suppose I am trying to say that it is bound to happen here. Strong connections... Living apart from a majority of our citizens is truly a learning experience, as well.

Exactly! And he's one of the few people who likes the human side of me. Loves it, even! He's not my citizen so I don't have to clam up and pretend everything's okay when something's going down with me as a country. We get along well, and he's really good to me--all of me, country, human, everything.

Tatsumi said that when he first got turned, he went on a werepire rampage! Like, that the initial hunger's so strong, they'd do things they'd never do otherwise. And he just got his chip out! So it's like he got turned again! He's not evil; just hungry!
