[ Yes. It's that time. And probably the last post before he's back to normal. ]

ALLIED FORCES, ASSEMBLE!

Americans, Britman, Frenchman, Ruskies, Chinamen, Poles, Canadians... crap who else is allied with me. Anyone who isn't in the Axis Powers or neutral (which is just another word for pansies)! I've come to a disturbing conclusion:

There are a whole bunch of Japanese people here. Which is basically my problem, and China's since I have to rescue him from Japan's shenanigans. Due to Australia's absence though, you guys have to be my back-up!

Don't worry though, I haven't forgotten about Germany. I've got my eyes and guns trained on him too. He'll surrender soon enough! In the mean time, I'm gonna go spy on the Japanese. I'll disguise myself as a German. No one will recognize me. Not even you guys. But I'll give y'all a secret signal that says I'm me! Don't worry, I won't make the same mistake again.

...For the record, that salute thing he does is not an invitation for a hi-five.

[ Now he's off to go stare at people with a pair of binoculars with his hair slicked back and dressed in green. He is not a subtle spy. If you speak Japanese, Italian, or German, be warned. He is stalking you. And I will totes do stalking things once I've slept. ]

[He sighs a little and starts helping to clean up as well. China yells at everyone anyway, oh well.. Except for Hong Kong. but..]

The war he thinks he is in is what I was speaking of.

[he could say so much more, but he'll spare Seifer and keep at fixing things up silently.]

[Enh, Seifer's used to being yelled at anyways. Goes in one ear and out the other. But he does pause in cleaning up long enough to flick Japan in the head.]

Spit it out.

[That's a little startling, so have a blink in pair with the slightest "Keh!" as he stares back. There's a bit of a hesitation before he speaks. While cleaning, of course.]

America-san is one of my first.. [..allies? friends? He stops there, and decides to start differently.] America-san helped me out of isolation. Ah, so I am saying we have a bit of history. The rest is a bit new to me, but China-san informed me.

Apparently there are two world wars in my future. During the second one, I ally with Germany-san and Italy-kun... [He picks up a piece of the chair.. what did you do to this thing.. and observes it for a moment.] I am told that I perform an unannounced military strike on one of America-san's naval bases. The attack pushed America-san from being neutral-- while supplying the.. enemy with things-- to siding with the allies completely.

[he sets the broken piece of chair aside for now, as if unsure what to do with it, and moves on to something he can handle.]

Apparently my actions provoke America-san quite a bit. Ah, at the end of the war.. [he trails off and for some reason isn't able to continue. does Seifer even get all of this. well, Japan's back is to him, and he's fiddling with the piece of chair again as if poking at it will make the thing form back again.]

[He was trying to take control of the situation okay, sheesh. Next time he won't help you out. Anyways Seifer gets it. He's spent twelve years making a career out of war; it's not that hard to follow what Japan's saying.]

Do you die?

Somehow, [he breathes that a bit heavily and sets the piece of chair down] I do not.

One bomb per city.. Two cities. They are completely destroyed. Apparently the radiation caused by it is an effect still felt.. over 60 years later.

It may be difficult to equate human injury with cities, but I can assure you, a small island nation like me...

[pausing.]

It was enough to make me surrender. I do not surrender, Seifer-san.

[A few months ago he might have agreed with that. Surrender? That had always been alright for other people, but not for him. ...And that really was still the case, but not out of pride anymore. Surrender meant absolute death and he wasn't ready for that yet. Japan's situation was different.]

You have a dream Japan?

[He thinks about this for a moment. A dream.. That is what he wants, correct? What he wants as an individual? Or what he wants as a country? He takes a moment to decide that the first one is not an issue, and nods. Putting it simply..]

Well, I wish to become more powerful.

[What an unsurprising answer. It's almost dull.]

[looking over with glazed eyes]

I cannot think of anything else. [more like, he doesn't try to think about it]

[Well... he knows how that goes. Still, even if he isn't the fondest of his own situation, he still holds on to his dream. Maybe it's become a twisted thing, nothing like what he'd imagined it would be, but he's not about to let go of it now or any time soon.]

[he's a little hurt at that, but he's trying his best not to show it. fight Japan fighttt]

I suppose on a more personal level.. I am a bit boring. Ah.. simple.

I have been opened to many wonderful things and people, through modernization and.. even here. Perhaps.. wanting to hold on to all of that, and gain more.. is a bit of a dream.

[FYI HE JUST CONFESSED SOMETHING TO YOU RIGHT THERE though he dumbed it down a lot. ..not gonna do much good? :| well. Japan confesses to people like America. Holland. and Seifer apparently.]

[Everyone confesses to Seifer in time. I mean- ...lol no really he expects nothing less, cocky bastard >>; Anyways no that wasn't a good enough answer, he's also a demanding bastard I'm sure Japan's noticed. Though he will remember this later and maybe tell Japan about a few things from his world. If he feels like it. Also I don't have an icon to express just how condescendingly Seifer is looking at Japan right now so you can have this one again.]

Tch. Before you worry about regrets and wars you haven't even fought Japan you'd better get your head straight.

Do you even know what you want? I don't mean hobbies or what your people nag you for: you'd better think about what you're willing to die for. If you fight without knowing that... you're just another walking corpse who deserves to be cut down.

[He finishes picking up all the chair pieces and... idk... tossing them out the window :| might as make use of that there broken window. Picking up that glass now, yay for leather gloves!]

I do know what I am willing to die for. [he debated this first, staring over to the window. ...] But death is not something commonly occurring for countries.

Nor is being an individual. The times and places where this is acceptable is rare. ...Even the name I use for more personal purposes draws back to representing my country. Even the countries who do not seem troubled by such things are equally curious.. Denmark-san for example.

It is strange to be told something is important when for centuries it has been formed into your mind that it is not. That sort of idea is what I have been dealing with for the past few decades. I am still unsure if I am handling change properly.

Thank you again. If America-san returns, I will do my best to handle it. [he pauses for a moment] And hopefully I will be able to move it away from the apartments, or people in general. I merely wish to stall until he is back to normal.

[Oh make no mistake he's laughing at you Japan ~~what else is new~~, but he meant it.]

I told you I have your back. If you don't mind dealing with him though I'll leave you to it.

[He gives Japan's head a light push as he goes by just to mess with him. Also to make sure he's paying attention. But mostly to mess with him.]

You keep getting into trouble like this you're gonna make me jealous. That's my job. Keep your head up Japan.

[He waves and keeps heading for that door. ...Or... doorway. Where is the door? He doesn't even know fff.]
